Delivery costs and times

Our deliveries are made in all countries.
Shipping costs will vary depending on the country of delivery.

Delivery 3 working days France:

Mondial Relay relay point free delivery
Standard 6.95€

Delivery 5 -10 working days rest of the world:

Standard 9,90€

When placing an order, there is an order preparation time. Our carrier then undertakes to deliver to you in France within 3 working days and 5 to 10 working days in the rest of the world.

customs fees

As all orders are currently shipped from France, you may be charged additional import fees upon delivery.

If you choose to decline customs charges the package will be returned, and you will automatically receive your refund.

Where is my order ?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouses, we will send you an e-mail.

How do I exchange or return an item purchased online?

You have up to 30 days from receipt of your order to exchange your item for another size or request a return. It is very simple ! just send an email

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Currently, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order since we prepare it as soon as you confirm the order on the website.

If you change your mind, you can return the clothes when you have received your purchase. Please see the Refund Policy section for more information.

I have not received all the items of my purchase. What should I do ?

Check your email carefully to see if we have sent you an email notifying you that one of the items included in your order is no longer available. In this case, we will refund the amount corresponding to the article in question as well as the shipping costs of your order using the same method of payment that you used during the purchase. If you have not received any e-mail, please contact us by e-mail
