Shipping costs and delivery times

We deliver to all countries.
Shipping costs will vary depending on the country of delivery.

Delivery within 3 business days in France:

  • Mondial Relay collection point, free delivery
  • Standard €6.95

Delivery 5-10 business days to the rest of the world:

  • Standard €9.90

When you place an order, there is an order preparation period. Our carrier then commits to delivering to you in France within 3 business days and 5 to 10 business days in the rest of the world .

Customs fees

As all orders are currently shipped from France, you may be charged additional import fees upon delivery.

If you choose to refuse customs fees, the package will be returned, and you will automatically receive your refund.

Where is my order?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouses, we will send you an email.

How do I exchange or return an item purchased online?

You have up to 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to exchange your item for a different size or request a return. It's very simple! Just send an email.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Currently, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order since we prepare it as soon as you confirm the order on the website.

If you change your mind, you can return the clothing once you have received your purchase. Please see the Refund Policy section for more information.

I haven't received all the items in my order. What should I do?

Please check your email to see if we sent you an email notifying you that one of the items in your order is no longer available. If so, we will refund the amount for the item in question, as well as the shipping costs for your order, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. If you haven't received an email, please contact us by email.
